No Return and No Refund Policy

We take pride in crafting high-quality products for our customers. Please read our No Return and No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refunds for Non-Delivery:

We guarantee the delivery of your purchased products to the address you provide during the checkout process. If, for any reason, your order does not reach you within the estimated delivery time, we will offer a full refund.
To request a refund for non-delivery, please contact our customer support team at solebae19@gmail.com within 4–6 days from the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and process your refund promptly.

2. Returns and Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products:

At Solebae, we take great care in crafting and inspecting our products before shipping them to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will offer a refund (excluding delivery charges).
To request a refund for damaged or defective products, please contact our customer support team at solebae19@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of receiving the product. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your refund.
We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement.

3. No Returns or Refunds for Other Reasons:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than non-delivery or receiving damaged or defective products. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Color variation

  • Personal preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

4. Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not been shipped. After this time frame or once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

5. Exchange Policy:

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, in exceptional cases where an exchange is made from your end, the following terms apply:

  • You must ship the product from your end to our return address (Solebae by yama & darshini: 101, Signature Apartments, Opp govt officers colony, Near triveni bunglows, Gulabi tekra, Ahmedabad - 380006, Gujarat).

  • Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, we will ship the exchanged product from our end.

  • Please use a reliable courier service and share valid shipment proof.

To request an exchange, email us at solebae19@gmail.com with the reason for the exchange along with relevant supporting details.

6. Custom Orders:

Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged. We will work with you to resolve any issues with custom orders on a case-by-case basis.
